1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OxinScan (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. OxinScan is provided by the OxinChain Foundation.
2. Description of Service
OxinScan is a Block Explorer and Analytics Platform for OxinChain. We provide an information portal that displays data from the OxinChain public blockchain. We do not control the blockchain, nor do we host wallets, manage private keys, or execute transactions on your behalf.
3. Non-Custodial Nature & No Reversals
Important: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you send funds to the wrong address or interact with a malicious smart contract, OxinScan cannot reverse the transaction, recover your funds, or freeze accounts. We are simply a search engine for blockchain data.
4. Smart Contract Verification & Disclaimers
Our "Verified Contract" feature confirms that the source code provided matches the deployed bytecode on the blockchain. However, verification does not imply endorsement or safety. A verified smart contract can still contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or malicious logic (e.g., honeypots or rug pulls). Users must do their own research (DYOR) before interacting with any smart contract.
5. User Accounts & Security
If you create an account on OxinScan (to use API keys or watchlists), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in scraping, spamming, or violating these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
OxinScan and the OxinChain Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets. The data on the site is provided "as is" and "as available".
